As a Senior Downstream Product Manager for the Philips LumiGuide 3D Device Guidance, you will drive the commercialization, marketing execution, and commercial performance of our portfolio, partnering with marketing and commercial leaders to turn breakthrough imaging and physiology technologies into real adoption and better patient care.

Your role:

• Lead the downstream commercialization strategy for the LumiGuide portfolio, including value propositions, claims, pricing, go-to-market plans, and launch campaigns. Drive adoption, business growth, and improved patient outcomes through innovative imaging and physiology solutions.
• Serve as the product champion for marketing and sales teams by delivering messaging, training, tools, and commercial activation support. Leverage customer, market, and competitive insights to optimize marketing programs and accelerate adoption.
• Lead the LumiGuide business forward beyond transitional marketing—shaping the growth strategy, commercial and market-development plans, and cross-functional actions needed to build adoption, scale the business, and deliver long-term impact.
• Define and execute the annual marketing plan while partnering with segment leadership to shape overall strategy. Translate priorities into clear, actionable plans for North America.
• Collaborate with marketers and cross-functional teams to develop impactful local launch and go-to-market strategies.
• Lead through influence across sales, clinical, medical affairs, regulatory, market access, operations, and global teams to achieve business goals and KPI targets. Build strong relationships with KOLs, drive strategic planning across functions, and support a high-visibility global role based in Plymouth, MN with 25% travel.

You're the right fit if:

• You have 8+ years of experience (or 5+ years with a Master's degree) in Product Management, Downstream Marketing, or Global Marketing within an international business environment. Experience in medical devices, medical imaging, or health technology is required; cardiology experience would be preferred. This is an individual contributor role that leads through influence across regional and cross-functional teams rather than through direct reports.
• Your skills include market segmentation, competitive strategy, go-to-market planning and execution, value proposition development, market intelligence, and translating technical capabilities into customer value. You are proficient in leveraging AI-assisted tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) to enhance insights and productivity. Preferred skills include New Product Introduction (NPI), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement.
• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field, ideally supported by a strong academic and professional track record.
• You are an outstanding communicator, presenter, and storyteller who can effectively engage executive leaders, customers, and commercial teams. You are highly collaborative, customer-focused, analytical, and entrepreneurial, with experience using market data, financial metrics, and KPIs to drive decisions.
• You thrive in fast-paced, global, matrixed environments and are comfortable traveling approximately 25% of the time.

How we work together:

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details:

The pay range for this position in MN is $131,000 - $209,000

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
