Construction Superintendent

Position Overview We are an Anchorage and Valley based commercial construction company seeking a skilled superintendent to join our team. This is a year‑round, full‑time position. Responsibilities Lead onsite construction team and subcontractors. Schedule subcontractors. Inspect all work at the project to ensure it meets all quality standards. Schedule and attend AHJ inspections. Work alongside team members and conduct training when necessary. Qualifications Must pass a drug and alcohol test. Must pass a criminal background check. Must have a driver’s license with a good driving record and reliable transportation. Ability to reliably commute to Anchorage, AK or plan to relocate before starting work. Compensation and Benefits Competitive hourly pay. Per‑diem for out‑of‑town work. Profit sharing (cash and 401(k)). Weekly pay. 401(k) and 401(k) matching. Short‑term and long‑term disability insurance. Life insurance. Schedule 8‑hour day shift. Monday to Friday. Location Anchorage, AK (Must be able to commute or relocate).
