Project Manager

About the Role Project Manager Location: Richmond, 23238 Responsibilities Manage large-scale migration of existing scripts into a modern platform. Coordinate with engineering teams, stakeholders, and leadership. Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. Daily collaboration with the immediate project team. Weekly meetings with senior leadership for project updates. Frequent interaction with cross‑functional stakeholders (approximately 300 stakeholders across the broader organization). Drive cross‑functional communication and ensure timely execution. Help prioritize work to accelerate migration efforts and reduce technical debt. Provide regular status updates and executive‑level reporting. Qualifications Strong technical project management experience. Prior experience managing software development projects. Ability to work closely with developers and technical teams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience handling multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment. Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 and $90,000. Alternatively, the hourly rate may range from $50.00 to $55.00 per hour. Pay may vary based on geography, skills, education, and experience.
