The role

Speziale Solutions is looking for an Entry-Level Account Representative to join our growing Charleston team.

You don’t need insurance experience to get started. We’re looking for someone motivated, coachable and comfortable speaking with people. You’ll receive training, ongoing support and the chance to learn directly from experienced professionals.

You’ll work with individuals, families and small businesses, helping them understand their health coverage options and guiding them through the process from initial conversation to enrollment.

What you’ll be doing

• Speaking with prospective clients about their health coverage needs
• Asking questions to understand budgets and priorities
• Explaining available options in clear, simple language
• Supporting clients through the enrollment process
• Following up with prospective and existing clients
• Building strong, long-term customer relationships
• Developing your sales, communication and business skills
