What You'll Be Doing

As our Cafe Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our cafe, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Managing and motivating a team of baristas and kitchen staff.
• Maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Handling inventory, ordering supplies, and managing budgets.
• Scheduling staff shifts and ensuring proper coverage.
• Resolving customer inquiries and concerns with a friendly, solutions-oriented approach.
• Collaborating with the team to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

What We're Looking For

We’re searching for someone with the following qualifications and skills:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in a cafe, restaurant, or similar setting.
• Leadership Skills: A natural leader who can inspire and guide a team to success.
• Customer Service Savvy: A friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Quick thinking and resourcefulness to handle challenges as they arise.
• Passion for Food & Coffee: A genuine love for the cafe culture and the products we serve.
