Temporary Housing Case Manager (3-Month Term)

Pine Street Inn is seeking a Temporary Housing Case Manager in Boston, MA, for a 3-month assignment. The position is on-site, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, at 35 Tuttle Street, Dorchester, and other Permanent Housing sites. The role supports intensive case management for homeless individuals using a Housing First approach, focusing on benefits, health care, education, employment, and legal aid while maintaining documentation and service plans. #J-18808-Ljbffr Pine Street Inn
