Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in Michigan
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric environments
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
• Adaptability and commitment to supporting diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students as part of their individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Assess students’ functional abilities, develop goals, and implement appropriate interventions
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation on student progress
• Work closely with educators and multidisciplinary teams for optimal student support
• Provide consultation and training to staff and families on sensory, fine motor, and adaptive skills to help students thrive
