The successful candidate will be the chief executive, responsible for the organization's strategy, operations, financial stewardship, governance, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement. This role is pivotal in advancing the company's mission to support member businesses and promote the use of high-quality structural building components in the construction industry. The Executive Director will be expected to strengthen the association's impact, elevate its profile as a leading source of industry knowledge, and drive innovation. Key opportunities include growing membership, enhancing the value proposition for members, fostering partnerships, and positioning the company as a central voice in policy, standards, and emerging construction practices. The ideal Executive Director for the company will be a collaborative, mission-driven leader with senior-level experience, preferably within a trade association, industry group, or complex mission-based organization. They should have a proven track record of leading growth, managing diverse stakeholders, and operating effectively within a nonprofit governance structure. The role requires a visible and credible industry ambassador who can work closely with the Board of Directors and member companies to achieve the association's strategic goals.
