Intake Admissions Counselor

The Intake Admissions Counselor serves as the first point of contact for referral sources and potential patients to schedule assessments and/or admissions. In addition, the Admissions Counselor will be responsible for: Thoroughly assessing and completing the assessment tool for all clients as required by Rolling Hills. Assisting clients in being admitted or referred out to the service or resource to best address their needs. Documenting findings, recommendations, and outcome. Triaging, insurance precertification, computer entry, and data analysis & clinical documentation.

Education/Licensure

Master's degree in behavioral health field (e.g., counseling, social work, psychology) required. Current BLS certification and current Handle With Care (HWC) certification (training provided).
