Senior Planner, Contests & Incentives

We are currently looking for a Senior Planner C&I to join our team in Franklin, TN. High-level overview of the position within organization, what functions is it responsible for, and what outcomes it should produce. Job Summary Reporting to the Manager of National Contest & Incentives (C&I), this role serves as the department’s subject matter expert to support the planning, development, and implementation of new vehicle incentive programs for assigned models. Cost and track incentive programs and maintain budgeting tools with a high level of detail and accuracy Develop insightful sales, incentive, and competitive analysis, to provide recommendations that build brand value and achieve profitable growth The successful candidate will: Provide routine costing, tracking, and post-performance program analysis Maintain costing and planning tools for assigned models Interface with Chief Marketing Manager (CMM) teams for the planning, development, and implementation of new vehicle incentive programs for assigned models Generate competitive analysis and presentations, and recommend counter actions where appropriate for assigned models Assist with month-end reconciliation process to determine actual billing expenses Support the department's current and future fiscal year budget forecasts Program and review monthly advertised vehicle offerings and DISCLAIMERS for assigned models Who We're Looking for: Required: Highly motivated self-starter Strong attention to detail Strong analytical, presentation, and strategic thinking skills Experience in developing and analyzing reports as well as working with numbers Excellent negotiation and cross-functional skills to effectively balance priorities from various functional groups.
