Responsibilities Provide information and educate customers about insurance products and services. Assist clients with policy applications and renewals. Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of client interactions. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service and sales preferred. Must complete or currently hold P&C and life & health licenses.
