Coverage Needed

• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• End Date: Ongoing for 1 year
• Schedule: Morning, Mid, and Night 12 hour shifts

• Number of Beds: 159
• Average Patient Census: 108-113
• Daily Admissions Average: 17; annual 3942
• Support Staff: Nurses and Techs; 1-2 EM physicians typically on staff per shift plus APP's
• Average acuity
• Not a trauma center; Accredited chest pain center and stroke center
• Required Procedures: Standard ED procedures
• Common Cases: Standard Emergency medicine visits

Requirements

• Flexibility in Schedule:
  • Provider MUST be willing to work day AND night shifts
  • Provider MUST be willing to work weekdays AND weekends
• DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
• Board Certified in one of the following:
  • American Board of Emergency Medicine
  • American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine
• Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered 'Local', and will not be eligible for this role
• Active TN license
• Will take new grads
