About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in apartment units.

Conduct routine inspections to identify and troubleshoot HVAC issues.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.

2+ years of experience in HVAC installation and repair.

Valid HVAC certification and relevant licenses.
