Responsibilities Engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions Processing cash transactions for clients Having conversations with clients to understand their financial goals and connect them to solutions Following established processes and guidelines Requirements 1+ years of experience in financial services Knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment Six months of cash handling experience Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in client engagement and financial services, with a strong focus on processing cash transactions and understanding client financial goals. Proven ability to connect clients with appropriate financial solutions while adhering to established processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
