As a Per Diem PTA, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and rehabilitation services. About the Role: As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting physical therapists with patient examinations and interventions , including range of motion exercises, stretching, and strengthening programs. Conducting patient assessments , documenting patient data, and communicating with physical therapists to develop and modify treatment plans. Providing patient education and training on proper body mechanics, posture, and movement techniques. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient treatment, including progress notes, discharge summaries, and patient outcomes.
