Travel Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – 13-Week Contract

Premier Rehab & Healthcare at Burlington is seeking a motivated and compassionate Travel Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team for a 13-week contract in Burlington, Vermont .

As a Travel CNA, you will provide hands-on care and support to our residents while working alongside our nursing team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment. Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Vermont CNA license

• Strong communication skills when interacting with residents, nurses, and other staff

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle challenging situations with tact, professionalism, and compassion

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including serving meals, feeding, ambulation, turning, and positioning

• Provide personal care, including bathing, hair care, oral care, back care, and elimination care

• Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers

• Measure and record vital signs, weight, intake, and output

• Provide routine perineal and incontinence care

• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment

• Complete daily documentation accurately and in a timely manner

• Follow facility policies, procedures, and safety standards

• Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism when accepting different assignments

• Treat all residents with dignity, respect, and compassion
