Requirements:

1. Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Ohio
2. American heart Association CPR
3. Physical
4. Step 2 TB, Quant or chest x-ray
5. Must be able to pass a drug screen
6. Must complete a background check

LPN Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Monitor patient's vitals and record them in their file
2. Maintain cleanliness and comfort of each patient
3. Assist nursing and medical staff with basic medical tasks, such as administering medication
4. Evaluate the patient's wellbeing, reporting any needs to medical staff
5. Explain treatments and procedures to patients and families
6. Change dressings and bandages, ensuring patients are healing properly
