I began my career working for another State Farm agent right out of college and opened my own agency shortly after, bringing a strong foundation and drive to build something meaningful. I'm a graduate of West Virginia University, married, and enjoy golfing and traveling in my free time. We’re very active in the community, supporting local sports and sponsorships, and have become a trusted presence in a small, close-knit area. For our team, we offer a Simple IRA, life insurance, reimbursement for licensing costs, and a strong focus on work-life balance. Our office culture is laid-back and community-focused, but still driven to succeed. We’re looking for someone who is resilient, confident, and not afraid of hearing no - someone who can overcome objections, stay motivated, and grow within a supportive, small-team environment. Role Description: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Hayden Stewart - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. Responsibilities: Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
