Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC, controls, and building systems.

• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to service calls across assigned accounts.

• Document service activities clearly and communicate findings to customers.

• Coordinate with dispatch, project managers, and parts suppliers to resolve issues.

• Uphold safety, quality, and customer service standards on every visit.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a related service & technician role within commercial construction, energy services, or related industries.

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional relationships.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
