Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,431–$1,510 per week Guaranteed hours: 40 per week Contract duration: Weeks Shift: Nights, 23:00–07:00 (5x8) Start date: 10/19/2026 Work setting: long-term care environment Responsibilities Administer prescribed medications and treatments following physician orders and facility policy Monitor residents’ conditions, document findings, and report changes to the nurse supervisor promptly Perform wound care, dressing changes, and basic nursing tasks as needed Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide resident-centered care Observe and document vital signs, intake/output, and maintain accurate charting Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safety, infection control, and quality of care Requirements Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New York Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Minimum 1 year of licensed practical nursing experience in a long-term care setting Graduation from an approved LPN program (diploma or degree) Ability to work nights and commit to guaranteed hours Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to work with a multidisciplinary team Benefits and Support Assignment support provided by Healthforce Healthcare LLC throughout the engagement Access to travel opportunities and support for credentialing and onboarding Guaranteed hours and predictable weekly pay per the assignment terms Ongoing recruiter and travel support to assist with questions or needs during the assignment
