ABOUT US
Cafe Jolie Laide is a new 38-seat café at 205 E 42nd Street, one block from Grand Central, opening November 2026. We are a scratch kitchen: breads, ferments, pastry and a seasonal menu, cooked on plancha, induction and a Rational combi oven in an open kitchen. Day service runs 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 7 days a week. Evening service to follow.

-Can work one weekend day
-1 year minimum barista experience, dialing in espresso and pouring latte art
-Appreciates great coffee and its craft
-Can multitask customer service interactions and beverage production
-Capable of 6 hour active shift on your feet
-Can lift 50 pounds Schedule Days: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday Shifts: Early AM, Day
