FMLA & ADA Benefits & Leave Analyst
South Texas College
South Texas College’s Office of Human Resources seeks a Benefits and Leave Analyst to manage FMLA and ADA processes. You will work with the Senior Benefits Manager to ensure compliance and accurate handling of leave cases. Bachelor’s degree required with 2+ years FMLA/ADA experience; experience in higher education benefits preferred. Willingness to travel campus-wide and support enrollment events.
