Job Summary
Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position available in Lebanon, New Hampshire. This role involves providing specialized care for pediatric patients from birth through 18 years of age in a mixed acuity unit. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering compassionate, evidence-based nursing care in a dynamic environment, ensuring the needs of young patients and their families are met with professionalism and expertise.

Job Details

• Schedule: Rotating shift with hours of 12 per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of New Hampshire, at least 3 years of pediatric nursing experience, pediatric Hematology/Oncology (Hem/Onc) certification, experience with Beacon platform, and current certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
• Preferred Qualifications: APHON certification for pediatric Hem/Onc nursing, experience in a pediatric intensive care environment, familiarity with electronic health records specific to pediatric care.
• Additional Information: The PICU RN will care for patients in a 19-bed unit providing comprehensive care for a pediatric population with mixed acuity needs, including oncology and hematology cases. The nurse should have extensive experience with pediatric cancers, therapies, and be capable of supporting at least two APHON certified Registered Nurses per shift in a 3:1 patient-to-nurse ratio.
