A Material Handler performs a number of different and important responsibilities including material receiving, material & product movement, product shipping and production support responsibilities.Essential Functions:Receive, audit, inspect, ID and put away incoming material to proper locationsMaintain housekeeping and organization in warehouse and other material location areaMaintain correct inventories by moving materials in computer when physically moving materialsAssists assigning production areas when not moving materialsEnsure the product and or materials meet quality expectationsNotify supervisor of improvement opportunitiesSupport area needs to remove empty pallets, trash and recycle type materialsStage completed and stretch wrapped products into shipping staging lanes by loadsLoad trucks with finished products per direction of Warehouse/Operations ManagerResponsible for adhering to forklift, operational, quality and safety guidelinesPerform other duties as assignedPosition Qualifications:Communicates EffectivelyCustomer DrivenDemonstrates InclusionDrives QualitySafety OrientationDrives ResultsProduct/Job KnowledgePromotes TeamworkSelf DevelopmentGround EngagedEnthusiasmActs with IntegrityWe are proud to have the best team in our industry.
