The Role: The Direct Support Professional at our residential home will be working directly with clients in their home and community. This can be in a 1:1 setting or in group living settings, to support clients with activities of daily living, to improve functional skills, develop emotional regulation, to work towards supporting client’s behavioral self-management, increase verbal expression of personal needs, and encourage interest in personal growth. What we’re looking for: High School Diploma or G.E.D Experience in Human Services industry preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job Must be able to exercise independent judgment and use discretion in the performance of job duties while operating within the limits of standard practice Hold a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability coverage Tell me about the benefits!
