Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in hematology, blood bank, and chemistry, and be responsible for performing laboratory tests and ensuring accurate results for a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory tests and analyses to provide accurate patient diagnoses.
• Assist in maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss test results and recommend further actions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• MLT certification and state licensure required to work as a Medical Laboratory Technician in Tennessee.
• 2+ years of laboratory experience is preferred.
• BLS certification is required.
