Job Description
Registered Nurse - Night Shift with Weekend On-Call

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift: 03:30 PM - 01:30 AM. Every sixth weekend on-call with one night a week scheduled from 01:30 AM - 06:00 AM and three other nights from 11:00 AM - 09:30 PM. Availability for holiday shifts is preferred but not required.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing patient care during the night shift while fulfilling on-call duties as scheduled. The nurse will collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient management and contribute to the overall efficiency of the unit.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and update patient care plans.
• Provide educational resources and support to patients and families.
• Document patient encounters accurately and timely.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Completion of health history requirements including immunizations and drug screening.
• Experience in a similar role preferred.
