Corporate Paralegal

Responsibilities Collaborate directly with attorneys in the firm’s corporate practice group. Corporate registration and formation. Preparation and review of commercial real‑estate documents. Filing documents with local, state, and federal governmental agencies. Maintain due diligence documents. Maintain organized client files. Maintain extensive client contact. Qualifications A minimum of 3 years’ corporate paralegal experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). Ability to prioritize and see projects through to completion.
