Client Care Coordinator

To support a growing pet service, the part-time Client Care Coordinator will manage scheduling, client inquiries, and maintain documentation while working remotely from RI, MA, or FL. Key responsibilities Scheduling reservations and arranging pet care coverage Answering client and staff questions via email and phone Maintaining an organized client management system and cloud documentation Required qualifications At least 6 months to 1 year of experience working or volunteering with animals preferred Bachelor's Degree preferred; Associate's Degree will be considered Prior experience in a busy office setting, such as receptionist or admin assistant Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Access to a quiet workspace, up-to-date laptop, and a smartphone for communication
