Quality Manager

About the Opportunity
Our client is a growing manufacturer seeking a Site Quality Manager to lead quality systems, audits, continuous improvement initiatives, and overall quality performance for a manufacturing facility in Central Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site's Quality Management System and quality team
• Manage customer complaints, CAPA, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvement and quality culture initiatives
• Lead internal and external audits and maintain ISO compliance
• Analyze quality trends and process capability using SPC and other quality tools
• Partner with operations, engineering, suppliers, and customers to resolve quality issues
• Develop and deliver quality training throughout the organization
• Manage supplier quality concerns and improvement efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of quality leadership experience in manufacturing
• Experience with ISO-based quality systems, auditing, CAPA, and continuous improvement
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
• Quality certifications (CQE, CMQ/OE, Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, etc.) are a plus
