Position Type: Temp-to-Hire


The ideal candidates should possess the following:

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced stamping/metal production setting
• Strong attention to safety and quality standards
• Ability to lift, stand, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

In this role, associates will assist with operating and supporting stamping machines used in the production of charcoal grills , ensuring parts meet quality standards and production goals.
