As a Charge Nurse, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of exceptional patient care, leading by example, and mentoring our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

About the Role:

• As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for managing the evening shift team, ensuring smooth transitions, and maintaining high-quality patient care.

• You will work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

• Your exceptional communication and leadership skills will be essential in coordinating patient care, resolving conflicts, and addressing any concerns that may arise.

• You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, as well as participating in quality improvement initiatives to continuously enhance our services.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the evening shift team, including delegating tasks, providing guidance, and mentoring team members.

• Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in patient care and customer service.

• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

• Coordinate patient care activities, including medication administration, wound care, and other treatments.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
