Sandalwood Management is seeking a Maintenance Lead to supervise the maintenance team and assist with general maintenance and upkeep of Tapestry Aquarena Springs in New Braunfels, TX.WHAT YOU’LL DO:Lead maintenance department in order to manage competing priorities and deadlinesSchedule and complete preventative maintenance programs and special projects as requiredWork with the property manager on budget and projectsPerform various maintenance repairs in electrical, plumbing, pool, masonry, carpentry, painting, building exteriors, and appliancesPrepare vacant units, complete work orders, and maintain groundsResponsible for 24-hour emergency maintenanceOther maintenance duties as assignedWHAT WE NEED:3+ years of multifamily housing maintenance experience and knowledge in repairs, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, building exteriors, appliance repair and installations, etc.Valid driver’s license, REQUIREDEPA Universal license/ HVAC, REQUIREDCertified Pool Operator, a plus - Pool maintenance experience, a mustAbility to work on-call, evenings and rotating weekends, REQUIREDExperience at a tax credit property, a plusSuccessfully pass pre-employment background check and drug test, requiredSmart phoneCOMPENSATION:$30-32/Hr., negotiable, depending on experienceMonthly renewal commission and bonus opportunitiesBENEFITS:Medical, dental and vision benefits packages, company paid life insurance and 401(k)Paid holidays and vacation timeRent discount options AVAILABLE (eligibility requirements may apply) #J-18808-Ljbffr Sandalwood-Management,-Inc.
