PATIENT SERVICES LEAD (FULL TIME)

Position Overview We are hiring immediately for full‑time PATIENT SERVICES LEAD positions. Address: Saint Vincent Anderson - 2015 Jackson Street, Anderson, IN 46016. Note: online applications accepted only. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, rotating weekends. Prior food service and supervisory experience is preferred. Pay Range: $17.50–$19.00 per hour. Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k, and additional voluntary benefits. Job Summary Patient Services Leads coordinate patient meal service and special requests for the Patient Dining Program, ensuring smooth operation and a high‑quality patient experience. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Oversee systems and processes to achieve program objectives. Supervise Patient Dining Associates, guiding them in menu selections, meal assembly, and delivery. Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team to provide menu options for patients with allergies, sensitivities, or preferences. Engage nursing staff to review meal selections, delivery, and retrieval processes daily. Respond promptly to patient needs and communicate concerns following department procedures. Assist dietitians with monitoring patients on restricted diets. Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA policies. Adhere to regulatory standards (federal, state, JCAHO). Follow HACCP guidelines for food safety. Comply with health and sanitation regulations. Complete required reports per Morrison Healthcare policies. Conduct daily associate team meetings per GR8 Start Meeting guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong communication and reading skills to comprehend safety rules, manuals, and procedures. Proficient in operating hospital ADT and related computer systems. Ability to lift/move up to 100 pounds and maneuver food delivery carts. Compliance with reasonable accommodation provisions for qualified individuals with disabilities.
