Overview

We are seeking skilled and dedicated Radiologic Technologists to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be essential in delivering high-quality medical imaging services to patients across different settings. The Radiologic Technologists will be responsible for operating imaging equipment, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining a sterile environment while adhering to best practices in medical Imaging.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Travel to the sites scheduled to provide imaging to the patients
• Explaining the procedure to the patient
• Positioning the patient properly
• Positioning Radiation protection devices, such as lead shields
• Setting X-ray equipment at the correct angle and height over the appropriate area of a patient's body
• Setting Controls on the X-ray machine to produce X-rays or radiographs of the appropriate density, detail, and contract.
• Placing exposure board beneath and under the part of the patient's body to be examined and make the exposure
• Computer knowledge
• Transmitting images via web-based PAC system
• Following the Physician's instructions and orders precisely
• Keeping patient records and adjusting/maintaining equipment
• Ability to travel short and long distances to place of service

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology program required
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration and State license for Imaging- required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• Driver's license with a clean record - required
