The RoleReporting to the Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging all site operations throughout the construction programme.Coordinating subcontractors, labour and materials.Driving programme and ensuring key milestones are achieved.Maintaining the highest standards of health & safety.Monitoring quality and ensuring works are completed to specification.Managing logistics and daily site activities.Producing progress reports and attending project meetings.Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.RequirementsProven experience as a Senior Site Manager on industrial/commercial projectsStrong understanding of construction sequencing and site management.Excellent leadership and organisational skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Experience managing multiple trades and subcontractors.SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications.Stable employment history and a proactive approach to project delivery.Please note: This position is ideally suited to candidates from an industrial or commercial construction background.
