Responsibilities
- Collect and document relevant patient data to guide care decisions
- Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses and care needs
- Develop and implement a care plan with prescribed interventions to achieve outcomes
- Coordinate care delivery, promote patient safety, and support a healing environment
- Evaluate progress toward outcomes and adjust the plan as needed
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team; provide patient and family education
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
- Delegate tasks appropriately and coordinate duties of the nursing team

Requirements
- Active RN license in California
- Graduate of an approved nursing program (RN)
- Experience in labor and delivery or obstetric nursing preferred
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and to perform night shift duties
- Vaccinations as required by the employing organization; medical and religious exemptions may apply
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
