Job Title: Registered Nurse - MedSurg/Tele Float Pool


Location: Bridgeport, WV


Pay: $2,598.84 weekly


Shifts: 12-hour shifts, 7a - 7p and 7p - 7a, including every-other-weekend


Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a MedSurg/Tele Float Pool assignment in Bridgeport, WV. This travel role is ideal for nurses looking to gain diverse experience across multiple units in an acute care setting without having to titrate drips. Nurses will primarily float between units and work with a variety of patients in a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - MedSurg/Tele Float Pool

• Provide patient care in various units, primarily 6N, 7N, 4N, 5S, 6S, and Critical Care
• Manage patient ratios of 1:5-6, maintain quality care and adjust based on patient acuity
• Read and interpret cardiac rhythm strips independently
• Collaborate with Charge Nurse, CNAs, RT, and multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotation as required

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - MedSurg/Tele Float Pool

• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Experience with a range of patient diagnoses including CHF, cardiac cath, pneumonia, and oncology
• Successful completion of a cardiac rhythm interpretation exam
• Ability to float across six designated units as required
