Shift Manager
$12.5 - $16 per hourWorkstream
Responsibilities Work with the store General Manager to ensure the standards of the store are being met Help coach and train all employees both in the Front of House and Back of House Responsible for counting down cashier drawers and making appropriate deposits according to store standards Control food cost through our inventory process, recognize issues and train staff to correct Food Handler card and TABC certifications are mandatory Streamline and make solid decisions for each shift. Attend managers meetings and help institute the game plan for success Availability to work early mornings, evenings and weekends a must Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $12.50 - $16.00 per hour Benefits Employee discount on food and uniforms Flexible schedule Supplemental Pay: Tips Schedule 3-8 hour shifts Days and Nights Weekends Pay Frequency: Bi weekly Paid Training: Yes Management Store Manager Key Leader Employees working per shift: 3 - 10 Typical start time: 9AM or 4PM Typical end time: 4PM or 11PM-12AM Work Details Work Location: One location Hours per week: 10-19, 20-29, 30-39 Company's website: Work Remotely: No COVID-19 considerations: We have put out hand sanitizer, gloves, and we provide masks #J-18808-Ljbffr
