Hospital: Johnston Willis Hospital Location: Richmond, VA Address: 1401 Johnston Willis Drive Unit Name: Rehab Therapy Building: Main Hospital Cost Center: 75926 General Information Unit Specifics:
• Number of Beds : 44
• Patient Ratios : 8-9:1
• Unit staffing description- 10 OT/PT teams; 3 speech therapists; 1 tech
• Type of equipment : Vital Stim; AmpCare; MBSS with TIMS; FEES
• Documentation system: Meditech Expanse
• Scheduling requirements: M-F 8 hour shifts between hours of 730am-5pm; weekends rotate
• Floating policy: May float to acute hospital if rehab census is low and on weekends
• Patient Experience requirements: Use of AIDET communication and immediate service recovery Hospital Specifics-
• Certifications: Joint Commission Stroke Certification Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have: Hospital and Inpatient Rehab experience preferred; Stroke evaluation and treatment Advanced skills needed: NA Procedures performed on unit: Swallowing and Language procedures Certifications Required: NA Dress Code: (Required uniform)Black scrub bottoms and royal blue top preferred
