About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to take the lead in defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap. This pivotal role is highly hands-on and commercially focused, requiring the CPO to work closely with the CEO and EVP of Engineering, IT, and Infosec. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the company's evolution, particularly in the integration of proprietary data, workflow intelligence, and applied AI to shape the future of legal technology. Responsibilities include establishing the product vision, defining the product experience, and building a roadmap that is directly tied to customer value and business outcomes. The CPO will also be instrumental in the commercialization of products, leading product positioning, and ensuring strong alignment between product and commercial functions. The ideal CPO for the company will bring a high level of focus, conviction, and clarity to the product portfolio, and will be adept at both strategic and tactical operations. This includes setting the product vision, managing prioritization, and engaging with customers to stay close to roadmap execution. The role demands a leader who can balance modernization, new product development, and customer needs in a resource-conscious environment, and who is experienced in modern AI-enabled product development practices. Cross-functional leadership is key, as the CPO will serve as a central voice for the product in company strategy and will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performance product organization.
