• No Call
• Full-Time Availability Required
• Ideal Coverage: Every Week of Each Month
• Candidates Available 3 Weeks Per Month May Be Considered Under Limited Circumstances
• Provider Must Be Open to a Year-Long Commitment

• 100% Adult Patients
• 100% Outpatient
• Approximately 14 Patients Per Day

• Provide General Outpatient Neurology Care
• Evaluate and Manage Adult Neurology Patients
• Provide Follow-Up and Ongoing Neurological Care
• Collaborate With Other Neurologists and Advanced Practice Providers
• Botox Procedures Are Not Available for Locum Physicians

• 12 Physicians
• 4 Advanced Practice Providers
• 2 Medical Assistants
• 2 Front Desk Staff
• Other Neurologists Present During the Assignment
• Epic EMR

• Board Certified - Required
• Board Eligible Candidates Will Not Be Accepted
• At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience in General Neurology - Required
• Active Ohio Medical License - Required
• IMLC or New License Candidates Will Not Be Accepted
• BLS - Required
• Clean Professional Background - Required, No Exceptions
• COVID-19 Vaccination - Required
• Full-Time Availability - Required
• Must Be Available Monday-Friday During the Listed Schedule
• Must Be Open to a Long-Term Commitment

• Ohio License Status Must Be Noted at Time of Name Clearance
• Board Certification Must Be Noted at Time of Name Clearance
• Clean Background Must Be Confirmed at Time of Name Clearance
• COVID-19 Vaccination Status Must Be Confirmed at Time of Name Clearance
• Full-Time Availability Must Be Provided at Time of Name Clearance
