Strategic Commercial Insights Analyst

Summary Support the Director of Business Development by delivering sales and inventory analysis, demand planning assistance, and strategic insights to inform commercial decisions. Maintain data integrity across systems and produce regular reporting and presentations for leadership and international counterparts. Collaborate with Finance, Wholesale, Retail Ops, and cross-functional teams to enable data-driven recommendations. Responsibilities Prepare weekly and monthly sales reporting packages and build presentations for business reviews. Maintain and reconcile commercial data across reporting systems to ensure accuracy. Conduct SKU- and channel-level analysis to support assortment, forecasting, and replenishment decisions. Produce competitive and market analyses to inform positioning and strategy. Support new product launch tracking, retailer readiness, and inventory level monitoring. Respond to ad hoc data requests and create analyses measuring the impact of activations and events. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, merchandising, demand planning, or related roles. Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling) and experience with reporting tools. Familiarity with BI/ERP platforms such as Power BI, Salesforce, SAP, or Anaplan is a plus. Demonstrated experience working with sales and inventory data and producing commercial reports. Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills with strong attention to detail. #J-18808-Ljbffr
