What Medical Sales Performance Admi nistration contributes to Cardinal Health The Medical Sales Performance Administration team is responsible for administering the Medical Sales Incentive Plans. The team builds & maintains sales hierarchies, customer connections to territories, product alignment to sales teams and performance calculations aligned to the strategies outlined in the Medical Sales Incentive Plans. The Sr. Specialist, Sales Performance Operations Quality Assurance will be responsible for the coding of all USMPD accounts and support with establishing guidelines and create strict processes to ensure accuracy. Responsibilities Partner with sales leaders to align territory coding accurately to expectations for the US Medical Product & Distribution (USMPD) business accounts Work with offshore teams at GenPact to root cause coding requests Generate meaningful reporting and metrics to be shared with senior sales leaders Establish and maintain territory coding for the USMPD sales territories including acute, non-acute, and lab sales teams Build reports using Excel and Alteryx Qualifications 2+ years of experience, preferred Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred Intermediate experience with Excel, required (VLOOKUPS, pivot tables, etc) Alteryx experience, preferred What is expected of you and others at this level Applies working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes action to resolve Applies judgment within defined parameters Receives general guidance and may receive more detailed instruction on new projects Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy Location : This position is remote. Candidates must be based within the United States and able to work EST or CST business hours.
