Job Title: General Laborer (Immediate Start Available)

Location: Biddeford, ME

Pay: $20–$22/hour (based on experience)

We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join an active construction project in Biddeford. This is a hands-on role supporting daily site operations, including clean-up, carpentry assistance, and general labor tasks to keep the project moving safely and efficiently.

Immediate start available following a quick interview process—our team is scheduling interviews throughout the week.

• Perform daily job site clean-up to maintain a safe and organized workspace
• Assist with rough carpentry and light framing tasks
• Safely use and maintain hand and power tools
• Support basic concrete work and material handling
• Follow all safety protocols and site procedures at all times
• Work collaboratively with crew members and communicate effectively with supervisors

• 1–2+ years of construction or general labor experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with rough carpentry, framing, or concrete work is a plus
• Comfortable using common hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work on a team
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions

• Active construction site with exposure to varying weather conditions
• Physical role requiring lifting, standing, and moving throughout the day
• Standard daytime shifts
• PPE and appropriate work attire required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saco, ME.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
