Responsibilities Lead the mission of helping people take next steps with Jesus by developing disciples who make disciples by guiding people through The Core Steps. Protect and filter decisions through Impact’s communication plans based on our vision and values. Work collaboratively with the Lead Pastor to move strategic plans forward. Resource, guide, and empower the staff of Impact. Lead the way on culture building with the Impact staff.
