Job Summary
The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) position at RegalCare at Wakefield supports the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical operations, staff supervision, and quality of care. The ADON plays a key role in ensuring compliance and maintaining high clinical standards.

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Duties & Responsibilities

Assist with oversight of nursing staff and clinical operations
Support compliance with regulatory standards
Participate in audits, surveys, and quality initiatives
Provide hands-on clinical support as needed
Assist with scheduling, training, and staff development

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Qualifications & Skills

Active Massachusetts RN license
Long-term care experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
