Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices to develop individualized treatment plans, thus guiding clients toward their mental health improvement goals.

  • Implement various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), while adapting techniques to meet each client's specific needs.

  • Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring professionalism and ethical standards in all documentation.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to create a holistic treatment approach that leverages the strengths of each team member.

The ideal candidate will serve a diverse clientele that includes individuals facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will work with both adults and adolescents, providing tailored interventions that respect individual backgrounds and experiences, ultimately contributing to their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution, highlighting your commitment to excellence in the mental health field.

  • An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona, confirming your professional qualifications and readiness to provide therapy.
