A new acute care hospital opening in the Gainesville area is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join its founding rehabilitation team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a brand-new clinical environment, help shape workflows, and collaborate with a strong interdisciplinary team from day one. What You'll Do
• Evaluate and treat patients in an acute care setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab team members
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Educate patients and families to support recovery and independence
What You Need
• Active Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility)
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• New grads welcome; experience preferred
Additional Details
• Full-time, W2 position
