Local CDL- A Floater Driver - Hourly Pay - Cincinnati

Job Description

ITDS is seeking a reliable and flexible CDL-A Local, Off Shift Floater driver to join our corporate terminal base team in Cincinnati off of Dreman Avenue! This position would cover any day, any shift and we make every effort to get you 2 consecutive days off per week!

As a floater driver, you will work closely with our operations team to ensure our customer's needs are met. Most of our drivers are required to operate different types of equipment and training will be offered or could be mandatory when appropriate. Plus, you have the opportunity to be cross trained on all local accounts.

Job Highlights:

48-50 hours per week average
$30.00 per hour
Day shift; start and end times may vary
Cross training on several accounts
2 consecutive days off per week
Local/home daily
Day cabs (manual and automatic)
Yard trucks with and without hydraulic fifth wheels
Reefer, van, containers, straight trucks

Minimum hiring requirements for all positions:

Class A CDL
1 year verifiable CDL-A tractor trailer experience
No more than 3 moving violations within last 3 years
No more than 2 moving violations within the last 12 months
No more than 1 serious traffic violation within the last 3 years
No preventable collisions within the last 3 years involving: rear-end, rollover, work/constructionzone related occurrance
23 years old
No Failed DT
